If you have questions, start here.
Who is a good fit for this practice?
We work with adolescents 12 plus and adults who want integrated mind body psychiatric care and a clear plan forward.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major commercial insurance plans. For patients who prefer to pay directly or whose plan is not accepted, we offer a reasonable self pay rate. Please contact our office to verify your specific coverage before your first visit.
How does telehealth work?
Visits take place through secure HIPAA compliant video. You will need a device with a camera, stable internet, and a private space.
What happens at the first visit?
Your initial evaluation is typically 60 to 90 minutes. We discuss your symptoms, history, medications, and goals, then outline next steps.
Do you provide therapy?
Care focuses on psychiatric evaluation and medication management when appropriate. We coordinate with therapists and can share referrals to trusted professionals.
Not sure where to start?
That is okay. Many people are uncertain whether medication, therapy, or something else is appropriate. Clarifying that together is part of the process.
What if I am in crisis?
If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can also call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. After you are safe, we can coordinate follow up care.

A clear plan starts with one appointment.
If something feels off, it usually does not resolve on its own. The next step can be simple. Schedule an initial evaluation and get a plan you can follow.
